Without ever leaving Evergreen volunteers and shoppers are missionaries to the world!

Partnered with 5 other Evergreen churches, we work with over 50 non-profit organizations (both
local and global) by providing booths for them to sell their products, as a means to raise funds for their organizations.

 

Everyone can help in some way to make this big event a success.

• As a shopper, the money you would already spend for gifts can go farther when you Gift Twice by purchasing a gift for your loved ones from the charity vendors.

• As a volunteer at the fair, it’s fun to see everyone and there are many small jobs that make a big difference by assisting the shoppers and the charities.

• As a baker, you provide the popular goodies that raise money for the expenses of the fair, which means the vendors get all the proceeds from their sales.

• As a cashier or assistant, you make the sales go smoothly at check out.

• As a driver you will transport volunteers and vendors between our church parking lot and Evergreen Lutheran Church, so there can be sufficient parking for shoppers there.

• As a set-up or clean-up assistant, you lighten the workload for all those who stand on their feet during the fair operating hours.
