Group’s POWER LAB – Discovering Jesus’ Miraculous Power!

We’ve got the solution to summertime boredom….send your kids to Power Lab, where they’ll discover Jesus’ miraculous power!  This it the spot that’s oozing with Bible adventures. 

Each day your children will take part in fun Bible learning they can see, hear, touch and even taste!  Bible Point crafts, team-building games, lively bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the Power Lab activities that help faith flow into real life.  Every day, kids choose a Daily Challenge – an exciting way to live out what they’ve learned.  Your kids will also participate in a hands-on mission project called Operation Kid-to-Kid that involves nearly a million other children across North America.

Power Lab is great fun for children of all ages.  Registration materials will be available later this spring.

Children's Sunday School Classes

Sunday Mornings, 9:15 – 10:20 am

Come join us for Sunday School!  We use Group Publishing’s Faithweaver curriculum.  Our focus is on some famous Old Testament people, like David, Solomon and Elijah. 

We offer something for every child’s age group:

• Preschool/Kindergarten
• 1st and 2nd Grade
• 3rd – 5th Grade

Our Sunday School year ends on Sunday, May 18.  Join us in worship that day for Teacher Appreciation Sunday.

May 18 Teacher Appreciation Day

Join us in the worship service as we recognize and honor all of our Sunday School and Bible Study teachers,assistants and leaders from this past school year.

May 18 Confirmation Sunday

Join us in the worship service as we recognize and honor our Confirmation Class. Each confirmand will share with the congregation his or her own Statement of Faith.

May 25 Graduates' Sunday

Join us in the worship service as we honor all those in our congregation graduating from high school, college and graduate school.

Sunday Mornings During the Worship Service

(Following the Special Time for Children)

All children, preschool-age through 3rd Grade, are invited to attend our special JUNIOR CHURCH program during the 10:30 am worship service on Sunday mornings.  Kids, sit with your families during the beginning of each worship service.  Following the Special Time for Children, we go down to the Rainbow Room for our own special kid-friendly worship service.  We use Group Publishing’s “Kids Own Worship” curriculum, which is full of fun activities, great songs and inspiring lessons that follow the same Bible story taught in the Sunday School classes.
